Please be aware that with your newsletters, there should have been 2 forms to fill in for people who want to come to the meetings. These meetings are free and only available to members, but we ask the members to send forms in to confirm attendance. This is mainly for the purpose of the catering and to make sure we have enough food, drink and other supplies to cater for the amount of members that turn up. Please send these in as soon as possible to aid us when organising the events. There is a mistake on the new era bike form, which is not on the date shown on the form. The event is actually on August 9th/10th. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
