Some information was not in the newsletter. Some more information is being sent out but to fill the form out correctly to your home address. Here is a brief overview of the information needed to fill out the application for successfully.

FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM IN FULL AND CORRECTLY WILL RESULT IN NO TICKET BEING SENT OUT AND YOU MISSING OUT. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY!

Each driver and passenger to be taken in the car are £5 each. Therefore if you have 3 persons driving the car on the day and have one passenger who would like to go out on the day, it will still be £20 pounds in total. Each person must buy a seperate ticket. Please make cheques payable to DPRAC.

Please tick the box next to your signature to confirm you have read all the terms and conditions contained in the newsletter. If you don't, on the day you still will have to sign so please make it easier for us and tick it on the form.
